Report This was the inaugural French Covered Courts Championships (it also had the grandiose title of the Championships of France or the "French Open Championships"). It was open to all players, regardless of nationality. It was played indoors, on wooden courts, and was subsequently held at Easter. This tournament was developed by Armand Masson, a relation of the player Adine Masson. They were French-Canadians based in France.
