Matriculated Michaelmas. 1883; B.A. 1886; M.A. 1890; B.Chir. 1896; M.D. 1897. At St George’s Hospital. Of Delabole, North Cornwall, in 1910.
Served in the Great War, 1914-19 (Captain, Royal Army Medical Corps). In practice at Weedon, Northamptonshire, in 1920. Married, Feb. 15, 1896, Grace, 4th daughter of T. H. Martin, M.R.C.S., of Crawley.
