Paul C Kunkel, 2945 Wold Ave, East Walnut Hills, died Sunday at his home. Mr. Kunkel practiced law since 1927. He was a charter member and former vice-president of the YMCA Big Brothers Club. Mr Kunkel was also an honorary chairman of the Tennis Advisory Board of the Recreation Committee of the City of Cincinnati, a member of the lay advisory board of St. Francis Hospital, a trustee of the Tennis Patrons of Cincinnati, former member of the board of governors of the University Club and the Cincinnati Racquet Club, former president of the Middle Atlantic Inter-Collegiate Tennis Association, senator and former member of the National Board of Governors of Georgetown University and past president of the Georgetown Club of Cincinnati. Mr Kunkel also won various tennis tournaments and was the Cincinnati tennis champion for sewn years. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two sons, John and Paul C Kunkel Jr, a sister.,Mrs Martha Cline, and three grandchildren. Gilligan Funeral Home is in charge.
