Info In 1909, the Société Athlétique de la Villa Primrose club in Bordeaux uniquely held the French National Championships tournament at the same time as it annual Coupe de La Primrose international tournament. This was the first time in its history that the French National Championships tournament was held outside Paris and its suburbs.
