In addition to taking part in lawn tennis tournaments, Alfred Mégroz was also a noted figure skater who competed for Switzerland at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp, Belgium, and the 1924 Winter Olympics in Chamonix, France. In later life he taught figure skating for many years.
