He was born in Alexandria, Egypt, and was a member of the Greek community there. He started playing tennis in Egypt, became a member of the OAA and constantly came to Greece to participate in matches, since he divided his life between Egypt, Greece and Switzerland, he died in 1951 at the age of 40.

Greek champion five times in men's doubles, while he was 11 times second and 2 times third in the Greek championship. He had successes in the Eastern Mediterranean Cup with three second victories and four thirds. With the national team he had participated in the Davis Cups of 1931, 1932, 1933 and 1937, in the Balkan Games of 1930, 1931 and 1933.

He had participated in the Wimbledon of 1936, in the Roland Garros of 1935 and 1936, in the Egyptian Championships of 1933, 1934 and 1940. He took part in many domestic and international tournaments. He was the winner of tournaments in Cairo in 1935, in Istanbul in 1947. He took part in tournaments at the Queen's Club in London, Low Tennis in Milan, Bruno in Italy, in Alexandria, Cairo, Switzerland, etc.
