Frank Wheaton was born in Connecticut but was from Indianapolis in 1904 when he competed at the St. Louis Olympics. In 1905 he moved to Bellingham, Washington, where he practiced as a medical doctor. Wheaton lived there until his death in 1965 at age 89.
