Mr. Mallory for several years was a member of the Board of Governors of the West Side Tennis Club and chairman of the Eastern Junior Davis Cup Committee. In World War I he was supervising athletic director in the Mediterranean theatre and director of welfare work at Cannes.
Born in Birdgeport, Conn., the son of Col. and Mrs. William H. Mallory, he was graduated from Trinity College and received a law degree from New York University Law School.
His home here was at 130 East Ninety-third Street. Mr. Mallory for many years was in the printing business in this city. From 1927 until several years ago he was with the Lincoln Printing and Engraving Company, 130 Cedar Street.
He is survived by his widow, Rosalie, and a daughter, Mrs. Lauren Ashe.
