Marinus Cornelis (‘Dick’) Sigmond was a Dutch footballer who played as a striker. He represented Dordercht Football Club until 1925 before being transferred to Haarlem Football Club.

Sigmond played fourteen matches for the Dutch football team between 1923 and 1927, scoring one goal. He was also as a member of the Dutch football team at the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924, when the Netherlands were beaten by Sweden in the playoff match for the bronze medal.

Sigmond was also a tennis player. In 1921, he won the men’s doubles event at the Dutch National Championships with Gerard Castendijk. Sigmond died in Hilversum in February 1950 at the age of 52.
