Isaías "Iyo" S. Pimentel is a former Venezuelan international tennis player. He was 10 years old when he made his own racket from wood.
Pimentel was three -consecutive - times Curaçaoan champion. At the age of 17, he represented Curacao in Guatemala.
He played 19 occasion in Grand Slam tournaments and also competed in the Davis Cup a number of times, from 1957 to 1966 representing Venezuela.
After his retirement, he taught young generation at Curacao Sport Club for 25 years, then at Damacor. In 1999, he stopped playing tennis due to his health condition.
