Matriulated Michaelmas 1873; B.A. 1877. Admitted at the Inner Temple, May 12, 1876. Called to the Bar, 1879. Practised on the Surrey Sessions for some years. Of 2, Harley Gardens, S.W. Died February1931. Buried at Aldenham Church, Radlett, Hertfordshire.
