About

An all-round sportsman, Władysław Kuchar was an engineer by profession as well as sports administrator and reservist in the Polish Army. In 1925, he was a member of the first Polish team to take part in the Davis Cup. He and his doubles partner Zdzisław Stahl together wrote a book on tennis, called Tennis, which was published in 1931.
