Mr Frank A.P. Wyllie, who died suddenly today after a short illness, was a highly respected settler in the Murray areas. He was chairman of the Renmark Racing Club for many years, a steward, and prominent member of the show society, irrigation trust, golf and other clubs.

He arrived from England with his parents, the late Mr and Mrs P.S. Wyllie, in 1890. He was a good rider in his youth, and won many races. Mr Wyllie enlisted in the Light Horse, and was wounded at Gallipoli. He married Ann, daughter of the late Mr. George Anderson, of Belmore station. He leaves a widow and two daughters.
