Attended Trinity College, Dublin. Studied law; later practised as a barrister. Cousin of James Cecil Parke, also a native of County Monaghan. When J.C. Parke was a law student at Trinity College, Dublin, in the early 1900s, he lived in Robert Pringle\'s house in Harcourt Street, close to Trinity College and Fitzwilliam Square.
